About Us
Bramhall & Shaw Heath Medical Group are a friendly practice based over two sites, with a patient list size of 14,000 patients. We have a strong focus on continuous quality improvement. We are committed to striving to deliver and maintain quality clinical care and providing excellent access to healthcare for patients with urgent conditions and continuing to provide high quality chronic disease management.

We aim to provide the best possible outcomes for our patients in a safe and welcoming environment. Our Clinical and Non-Clinical Teams are approachable, respectful, and patient-centred.
Our GPs provide essential links to other health and social care services, encouraging good relationships and an open culture with other Health & Social Care providers.
We aim to collaborate and work in a streamlined way to strengthen relationships within our Primary Care Network and build effective community links whilst responding to local, regional, and national initiatives.
We aim to deliver knowledgeable, informed, and effective patient care, consistently in line with current guidelines. The practice is committed to the development of its staff at all levels, realising the full potential of its team and nurturing the feelings of co-operation, mutual support and loyalty which forms the foundation of the practice.

Our practice is part of the Bramhall and Cheadle Hulme Primary Care Network (PCN). This is a network of local GP surgeries who work together to provide a wider range of services to patients and to more easily integrate with the wider health and care system.
