appointment_1Appointments can be made by ringing:

  • Shaw Heath 426 9350
  • Bramhall 426 9700

Appointments can be made by ringing the number above from 8.00 a.m. onwards. Urgent appointments will be given priority on the same day. Book well in advance if you wish to see one particular doctor.

Appointments are generally for 8-10 minutes, if you have more than one problem to discuss or you think that more time may be needed then you are at liberty to book a longer appointment.

One appointment = one patient = one problem

We are working hard to provide easier access for patients who need to see a doctor.
If you book an appointment please keep it or cancel it.

Our standard appointment time is 10 minutes, if you have several problems to address or have a problem that will take longer than 10 minutes, please ask the receptionist to book a double appointment.

Please also understand that if you arrive with a list of various problems we may not be able to address them all at the first appointment

If you are unable to keep the appointment , please ensure that you cancel it in order for the time to be allocated to another patient. It is the responsibility of the patient to keep or cancel appointments.

Missed appointments cost the NHS many millions of pounds a year. In order to ensure equity amongst our patients if 3 appointments are missed and NOT cancelled in one calendar year the practice may remove you from its list.
